KBR is an industry leader in Human and Health Performance and our Science and Space Division has an exciting opportunity for a Medical / Healthcare Skillbridge Recruiter to join our high performing team.
In this exciting role, you will be supporting a high profile and important program for KBR as we build and grow our Healthcare and Medical Support capabilities for the U.S. Military. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing and recruiting strategies to hire Medical / Healthcare professionals at Medical Treatment Facilities to include federal hospitals, clinics, and dental offices throughout the United States.
This position relies heavily on sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines of candidates for the across the following labor segments: Ancillary Services, Dental Services, Medical Support, Nursing Services and Physician Services.
Along with a continuous curiosity to learn and grow professionally and personally, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Partner and collaborate with Program Personnel to develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for Medical Professionals to include, but not limited to Medical Assistants, Medical Lab Techs, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, Dentists, Dental Assistants, Nurses and Medical Doctors and Physicians.
Leverage internal and external recruiting data and market intelligence to develop sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Utilize existing and/or new sourcing techniques and resources to effectively source and advertise utilizing all media outlets, our applicant tracking system and CRM.
Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing and recruiting processes
Develop, participate, and attend Industry Career Fairs and Hiring Events
Follow OFCCP and all other regulations to ensure KBR is being fair and complaint with our recruiting practices.
Utilizing available recruiting resources to include Workday, Phenom
Basic Qualifications:
Active-Duty Military Service Member eligible for Skillbridge
3+ years’ experience recruiting Medical and Healthcare professionals
Proven experience developing and executing, recruiting and sourcing strategies while delivering results
Ability to travel on an as needed basis
Capacity to be flexible, able to multi-task and work well in high-pressure deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience recruiting Physicians, Nurses, and Dentists
Specialized Healthcare Recruiter Training from the Military
Prior experience with Workday and Phenom CRM
