BAE Systems Supply Chain Planner I (Onsite) in Hudson, New Hampshire

Job Description

The Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is the focal point for all supply chain activities. The planner supports execution of programs and coordination of new program / product launches. SCP assists with reporting of key performance indicators, performance data, and miscellaneous metrics. The Supply Chain Planner will identify and escalate issues as necessary.

SCP will plan, prepare, issue and control material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule. Planner will support risk management activities impacting the value chain working with cross-functional teams. The planner ensures that shipments are accomplished to maintain contract/internal delivery commitments. SCP will utilize system and process tools to achieve program / functional goals.

For this specific role, the Supply Chain Planner will have a combination of MPC/Introduction to Planning duties on the Compass Call Program.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning systems and processes

  • Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $53680 - $91300

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
