Huntington Sheet Metal CNC Robotic Press Brake Operator in Huntington, Indiana
Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Program, operate, and maintain robotic Amada press brakes with Automatic Tool Changers (ATCs) to ensure optimal machine performance and high uptime. Efficiently program and operate press brakes for production, adjusting parameters and programs as required for each job. Move, manipulate, and refine the robot part handler. Monitor machine performance regularly, troubleshoot operational issues, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Work with precision to meet product specifications and maintain high-quality production standards. Utilize basic SolidWorks to design, create, and modify pressing operations, ensuring accurate bending and forming results for both new and recurring parts. Read and interpret prints to ensure parts are fabricated according to specifications and confirm the print to spec. Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth workflow, communicate potential machine issues, and ensure the timely completion of production targets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring equipment is in excellent condition and always ready for use. Leverage Windows-based software to set up and manage programs, ensuring efficient operation of the press brakes.
