TEKsystems Office Administrator *Immediate Need* No Phones! in Huntington Woods, Michigan
Description:
This role is an onsite back office administrator position. And is perfect for someone looking to get off the phones and into a more administrative role.
The Office Administrator would be granting access to payor portals and giving access to verify eligibility of benefits.
Anytime someone needs access to an account, the Office Admin is contacted – you will be an administrator to the account.
We have a team of 700+ growing employees. New training classes every couple of weeks for access requests. Volumes will vary.
This an independent contributor role where it can be very quiet.. so not a lot of room for socialization. Very email heavy, no phones!
8am – 5pm M-F in Huntington Woods office.
A day in the life:
Come in and check into the GR system for tracking portal requests. “Sally sue requested access to this portal” or password reset. Sometimes they are simple requests but there’s so many different portals so it can be intensive.. sometimes it requires giving the payor a call to unlock or it or reach out via email. Mostly 20-50 requests/day.
There’s no shortage of opportunities within the company. This team will expand and you will be very familiar with team leads, managers and trainers, everyone will be reaching out to you and communicating with you. Plenty of opportunities to network with other teams!
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Need to have some familiarity with payor portals. It’s a well-documented but understanding payor names/different types of portals. Wide range of payors.
BCBS & Medicaid will be the most common.
Important you are familiar with using Google Suite for work, most communication is via Google Chat/Google Meet
