In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing processes to achieve the custom finishes and exceptionally high standards that our clients expect and appreciate. The Details: Creative Finishing: Use your artistic skills to prepare and finish wood and metal products, achieving the desired results with various products and processes. Leadership: Direct the Finishing Room team with clear communication and support. Collaborate with managers and other leads throughout the organization. Schedule Management: Monitor the Ship Schedule and Weekly Load List to ensure timely completion of work. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and other regulations. Safety: Foster a positive and proactive safety environment and support safety initiatives. Documentation: Develop, document, and maintain records for finish recipes. Quality Control: Review finished product to ensure quality and conformance to customer specifications. Maintenance: Understand and ensure proper maintenance of Finish Room equipment. Inventory Management: Maintain finishing supply levels in accordance with needs of the department.
