As a Center Aide, you\'ll play a crucial role in assisting our lead teacher in providing an exceptional and engaging learning experience for children aged three to five. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the lead teacher to design and implement a dynamic and age-appropriate curriculum that sparks children\'s imaginations.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive, while ensuring their well-being is always a top priority.
  • Channel your creativity by preparing captivating learning materials and setting up interactive learning centers that ignite curiosity and exploration.
  • Engage children in exciting educational play and other stimulating activities that make learning an adventure.
  • Promote healthy eating habits by assisting with mealtimes and creating an atmosphere of wellness and balanced nutrition.
  • Bring your organizational skills to the table, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing classroom environment.
  • Embrace growth opportunities by actively participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Equivalency Degree (GED) to kickstart your journey.
  • The ability to obtain the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with our guidance within 12 months of joining (don\'t worry, we\'ve got your back and cover all costs!)
  • Experience working with children aged 3 to 5 is highly valued, but if you\'re bursting with passion and motivation, we\'d love to hear from you regardless.
  • Complete a Tuberculosis (TB) screening and physical exam, because the well-being of our team is equally important.
  • The opportunity to become CPR and First Aid certified through our comprehensive training program - because safety is paramount.
