Are you a strong leader with experience in bindery operations? Staffmark is looking for a Bindery Supervisor to join a reputable company in Independence, KY, known for delivering innovative print solutions to publishers and marketers. This is a fantastic
direct hire opportunity to take your career to the next level!

Pay: $24 - $30 per hour (Depending on experience.)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bindery operations and team members to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Enforce safety regulations and company policies
  • Train, develop, and manage bindery staff, including scheduling and coordinating work activities
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure all projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
  • Monitor production processes and implement improvements as needed
  • Conduct first-piece inspections and resolve potential quality issues
  • Oversee bindery machinery and equipment operations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in bindery/printing production, including supervision
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
