Job Title: Machine Operator Team Lead
Job Description
The Team Lead Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and productive operation of machines while leading a group of other operators to hit production goals.
Essential Skills
Machine Operation Experience (ideally 1+ year)
At least 1 year of Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment
The role is for the 2nd Shift, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am (Monday to Friday), with occasional mandated Saturdays if business needs dictate.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
