Title: Consultant
Division & Department: Higher Education
Status : On-Call Daily rate
Reports to: VP of Consulting, Education
Location: Remote – Anywhere in Indiana
Job Summary
This Consultant position will work with Higher Education clients to deliver consultative 4 Disciplines of Execution work sessions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to determine their needs, recommending solutions, and deliver our 4DX work sessions with excellence.
Essential Job Functions
Master process and delivery of FranklinCovey 4DX solutions within the Higher Ed market.
Consult with clients prior to work session to determine client needs, participant profiles and needs for implementation.
Interact and adjust approach to audience appropriately (senior, managerial, supervisory).
Create a climate during work sessions in which participants are engaged and eager to contribute in solving their most critical business and leadership challenges.
Maintain excellent knowledge of FranklinCovey 4DX content, effective consulting and delivery skills, and latest knowledge of business environment within the Higher Ed vertical.
Conduct sales calls with Client Partners and continuously participate in business development efforts.
Effectively deliver consulting solutions in modalities of in person and live on-line.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in the Higher Ed market.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelors in Business Administration, Education or a related field.
1+ years of experience working with 4DX.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization including senior leadership.
Experience working in the leadership and organizational development industry within the Higher Ed market.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with Higher Ed key decision-makers.
