Mississippi Employer Community Manager in Indianola, Mississippi
The community Manager is responsible for the entire on-site operations of the complex. This includes and is not limited to :
Observe the condition of the apartment complex including buildings, grounds, tenant units, and all other facilities.
Maintain a valid drivers license
Establish set schedules and set standards
Follow company policy in all financial and clerical settings
Accurately and timely maintenance of the computerized property management system
