Medical Affairs, Scientist - Intern
We are looking for qualified Intern applicants who are driven and creative problem solvers to work in a multifaceted, analytic-oriented environment at our office, in Irvine, CA.
Internship Research Analyst – Private Industry For this internship position, the successful candidate must have experience in cardiac anatomy. This intern will work with a variety of departments covering bench testing researching cardiac electrophysiology lesion formation centering around varying energy sources and lesion formation.
Captures data to meet specific project objectives by using various informational sources. Assists in planning design instrumentation and research methodology for collecting data. Collects information and establishes a database to catalog, update and retrieve data. Analyzes data to resolve trend, discrepancies or other specific departmental business issues.
Will gather data to for statistical analysis processes and project management techniques. Conducts presentations and designs ancillary visual graphics to enhance reporting.
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
Qualifications
Skill in balancing multiple tasks and prioritizing
Skill in using computers and related software
Skill in data analysis and problem solving
Skill in planning and coordinating
Create databases to maintain data
Ability to identify variables and applying various resources to gather data
Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other members of the team and departments
