ATI is currently seeking a Supply Chain Production Planner to join our facility located in Irvine, CA. The primary purpose of Production Planner is to ensure adequate manufacturing capacity will be available for future demand, monitor shop loading, and provide a feedback loop to management to ensure adequate resources are being allocated.
Perform forward looking analysis of customer demand and available manufacturing capacity to predict constraints
Monitor capacity utilization in real time
Monitor WIP and Finish goods inventories
Provide reports and recommendations to management regarding production status and how to better utilize available capacity.
Provide production schedule and priority to production operations.
Coordinate overall flow of product through facility by coordinating with supervisors of each manufacturing work center.
Update MRP system with customer requirements
Assist with generation of delivery commitments to customers
Coordinate with procurement function to ensure optimization of raw material delivery.
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Understanding of ERP/MRP and supply chain planning
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred
CPSM certification is preferred
Experience with capacity analysis is preferred.

Demonstrated history of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Salary Range: $69,410 - $110,770/ annually
