Title: Billing Coordinator
Type: Contract
Location: Chicago, IL
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all information is captured on the order forms for accurate process of billing.
Correct/resolve any discrepancies.
Consolidate orders, approvals and proof of delivery files for Compliance review.
Ensure billing documents are submitted to Compliance in a timely manner, per the monthly billing calendar.
Maintain accurate and easily accessible work files
Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with confidential data
Requirements :
Strong communication and administration skills are essential.
High attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat PDF Creator and Combine Files functions.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment.
Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times.
1-3 yrs. customer service experience, preferred.
Salesforce experience, a plus.
Other:
Maintain a positive approach towards all projects, including those outside typical job responsibilities.
Maintain a professional demeanor towards management, co-workers and other employees, at all times.
Proficiency in English.
Any miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
Education/ Work Experience:
Associates or higher degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Business or related field of study, preferred.
