Loyalty Methods Corp Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer in Irving, Texas
Analyze, design, develop, deploy, and test software applications using testing methodologies and tools on Windows and Linux utilizing Postman, SoapUI, Ready API, Insomnia, Selenium, Apache JMeter, and languages such as Java, Python, Groovy, and Java Script. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Karate, Rest Assured, Jbehave and Cucumber. Integrate automated tests into continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins, Git hub, and Stash and deploy them onto Kubernetes clusters. Automate the triggering of regression tests using shell script. Conduct database validations on Mongo DB, Redshift DB, Teradata, and Oracle. Develop PL/SQL scripts to validate data integrity constraints. Mock test data with LISA. Validate Real time API calls in Kafka, Rabbit MQ and monitor logs using Kibana and Grafana. Document test plan test cases, results, and defects in JIRA, Confluence, HP-ALM, Test Rail. Work as part of a team and under limited supervision. Travel nationwide to work on short and long-term projects.
Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in computer science/applications, engineering, technology management, computer/management information systems (MIS), information technology, electrical/electronics, mathematics or related field.
