The Impact:

The Business Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the business enablement team. Responsibilities will include coordinating and executing operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records as well as support for planning, executing, and monitoring various projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be familiar with project management and business process requirements, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge of SmartSheet and PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute operational tasks, including data entry, file management and document preparation.

  • Support in defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources, and ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Assist in managing project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for multiple projects of varying complexity and scope.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and coordinate quality delivery of defined outcomes.

  • Identify, document, monitor and report on risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed.

  • Analyze business data and processes, identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities, and propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Facilitate communication and feedback between stakeholders and build and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support decision making and recommendations.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Some experience in managing multiple assignments simultaneously, with attention to detail, quality, and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting software such as SmartSheet and PowerBI.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure.
