Job Title: HR Business Partner Manager
Boehringer Ingelheim Turkey is looking for a talented " HR Business Partner | Manager”
Job Requirements:
Provide strategic and on point HR expertise to business leaders in Human Pharma functions.
Act as first point of contact for all HR related questions for sales team and act as a strategic business partner to deliver comprehensive value-add HR support and implement HR strategies.
Providing consultation to managers in identifying recruitment needs, attracting the right talent and managing recruitment and orientation process.
Act as a credible advisor on critical people and organizational agenda items including performance management, employee engagement.
Deliver a valued and trusted generalist HR function including recruitment, employee relations, talent and performance management, change management & culture, training and development, HR administration, benefits.
Translate business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable and adaptable to changing business needs.
Implement innovative people offering and policies to attract and retain high caliber talent.
Advise and coach National Sales Managers on people related concerns and provide employee relations guidance.
Ability to review and interpret data which and articulate trends to the business which in turn inform and influence future policy development and enhancements.
Conduct exit interviews and analysis with periodic discussion with business leaders to discuss exit interview outcomes.
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering), Master's in HR discipline preferred.
Minimum 7-8 years of professional, related experience as a HRBP with organizations that operate with high velocity.
Experienced at supporting Functional Leaders on HR processes within a complex, matrix organization.
Experienced in leading teams for high performance, including managing performance, coaching, and developing employees.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across the organization.
Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including labor law, compensation & benefits management.
Understanding of and experience with designing and implementing effective sales incentive plans
Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills
Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong creativity, imaginative and solution focused mindset - pushes boundaries
Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity, manage multiple projects through completion on time and on budget, and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation skills
