Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing and we are looking for dependable candidates to join the Logistics team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to details, aptitude to tidiness, and can have fun working after all.

Mission of Logistics is to maintain the necessary inventory levels for all Data Center infrastructure teams. Logistics team ensures the right parts are available at the right place and at the right time. Logistics members are responsible for end-to-end handling of IT hardware parts from receiving, storage, allocation to disposition.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Karawang, West Java

Key job responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day logistics activities to support data center operation (Receiving, Stock Transfer, Cycle Count)

  • Inventory analysis and management to ensure a high level of accuracy, optimum stock level and high fulfillment %

  • Processing RMA

  • Establish and document process and procedures

  • Act as the focal point for logistics in new projects/ sites

  • Drive improvement and initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering discipline

  • Min. 3 years of hands on working experience in warehouse operations & logistics processes

  • Willing to perform regular physical tasks of receiving, stowing, picking, packing and shipping

  • Good knowledge in WMS and Microsoft office applications

  • Good English Communication skills (Speaking and Writing)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision

  • Skilled in project management and inventory management

  • Good knowledge of Lean and CI methodologies

  • Knowledge of IT hardware and data center

  • Attention to details and 5S in workplace

  • Basic SQL Knowledge
