Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a CNC Operator, where you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts onto CNC machines, including Haas lathes, vertical and horizontal mills, and lathes. The role involves setting up machines, some program editing, performing first-piece and ongoing quality inspections, using measuring tools like micrometers and calipers, deburring parts, entering data post-run into a computer, and conducting minor maintenance such as checking oil levels. Opportunities are available in our Manifold Department, which features advanced machinery and requires more skilled machining for setups on larger machines, and in our Harley Division, focusing on entry-level machine operating.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Jefferson, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The work shifts available are 1st Shift (5am-3:30pm) Monday through Thursday, 2nd Shift (4pm-2:30am) Monday through Thursday, and Weekend Shift (5am-5:30pm) Friday through Sunday. The environment includes training on the 1st shift for a couple of weeks, two 15-minute breaks, and 20-minute breaks for the weekend shift. The team consists of 110 employees with 65 in the shop.
