Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and fit individual to join our team as a Packer. The primary responsibilities include loading and unloading semi-trucks, maintaining quality standards, completing required documentation on a timely basis, performing maintenance checks on machinery, and complying with safety regulations. The role also involves frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs, climbing stairs, reaching above shoulders, and standing or sitting for extended periods. Additionally, the successful candidate will operate single and doublewide pallet-handling forklifts and barcode equipment efficiently and accurately.

This is a fully on-site position in Watertown, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
The position is available for the 2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, and the 3rd shift from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. Overtime hours can vary. Candidates will be informed a day in advance if they are required to work overtime, which ranges from 5-15 hours per week. Overtime is often filled on a voluntary basis by current employees
