Description Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and personnel. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
Supervision: Manage a team of 12 employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space.
Logistics: Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Scheduling: Create and maintain employee schedules to meet operational demands.
Department Leadership: Take charge of the warehouse department, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Refrigerated Items: Oversee storage and handling of perishable goods, maintaining proper temperature conditions.
Truck Loading: Supervise loading processes, ensuring efficient use of space and safe handling.
Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
Forklift Certification: Required for safe operation of equipment.
Warehouse Space: Manage a 1400 sq ft warehouse. Requirements
