Job Description
Position Summary: (1-2 sentences)
按时完成测试任务，并积极协助产线安全、效率、质量提升改善工作。
Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
能参与关键测试或测试工位的操作，能完成测试结果数据总结及判定；
具备出色的动手能力，能熟练使用相应的测试软件；
能协助测试台搭建，按维护WI要求严格执行维保工作；
懂仪器设备的基本原理，具备良好文件阅读能力，准确理解测试程序的要求，能协助测试中遇到的故障分析及解决方案；
能独立完成不良品/返修品/样品验证工作；
遵守公司相关SOP，发现产品质量隐患时，参与调查并向工程师反应直至问题解决；
协助工程师做样品测试、验证工作；能作为培训师傅，培训新员工；
能熟练使用Office软件(Word/Excel)
能熟练调整生产夹具、协助配置溶液(如工位需要)；
能协助工程师执行ECO，提供相应的反馈，如执行后第一台产品序列号等；
协助工治具、耗材采购（如需要）；
积极协助精益产线持续改进，不断提高生产效率。
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

3 years above experience in manufacturing environment as line leader or similars;三年以上相关工作经验
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: (Bullet 3-5 key quantifiable skills or position requirements that the candidate must have to be considered for this position.)
At least 3 years working experience in production department 至少具备三年以上生产部门工作经验
Good skill on PC, office software, outlook etc 能熟练使用电脑及常规办公软件
