Realizar serviços de reparos, comissionamento, instalação e treinamento de equipamentos analíticos nas instalações do cliente, incluindo testes elétricos e mecânicos, de acordo com contratos de manutenção.

Diagnosticar falhas do sistema e determinar a solução.

Escalar questões complexas para um nível superior de suporte técnico.

Identificar oportunidades de novos contratos de serviço ao cliente.

Responder às chamadas de suporte técnico ao cliente dentro de um território atribuído ou âmbito nacional de acordo com a demanda.

Atividades:

• Manutenção preventiva, corretiva, calibração, startup, treinamento, comissionamento em equipamentos analíticos de processo

• Realizar orçamentos técnicos

• Ministrar treinamentos técnicos para clientes

• Participar de treinamentos no Brasil e exterior

• Garantir a qualidade dos serviços executados e prazos acordados

• Realizar contato com os fornecedores quanto ao processo de dúvidas técnicas, solicitação de garantias e treinamentos técnicos
