Description
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative operating in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry in Kannapolis, North Carolina, 28081, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with managing customer interactions, maintaining precise customer records, and responding to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain precise records of customer credits.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone correspondence.
• Manage and schedule appointments as required.
• Use ServiceNow and Infor for various tasks.
• Handle invoices
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data and order entry tasks.
• Manage various vendors
Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance sectors.
• Proficiency in data entry with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Demonstrable experience with email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance to clients.
• Experience with order entry, ensuring all orders are accurately recorded and processed.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow application, using it to manage customer service workflows.
• Knowledge of Infor software, or a willingness to undergo training in this area.
