Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer! Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays required. This role involves performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading materials, digging, and site clean-up to support daily operations at a construction site. The responsibilities are centered around maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while aiding in the overall success of the project.
Hard Skills
3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting
OSHA 10 certification
Knowledge of safety precautions in a construction environment
Soft Skills
Ability to work well in a team
Strong communication skills

This is a fully on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.
Work Environment
The work environment involves regular outdoor work in various weather conditions. The role includes frequent work near moving mechanical parts and occasional work in high, precarious places.
