General Summary of Associate Responsibility:

To support and assist all aspects of the Maintenance/handyman jobs through a ticket system, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Owner. We will pair you with an existing technician so you can learn the clients as well as different jobs.... Jobs will vary depending on the facility need and time of year. A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required. Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions. Independent operator with the ability to establish priorities, manage time effectively, and fulfill assigned objectives and projects. Problem solver with the ability to respond to and resolve unexpected issues and handle priority changes in a fast-moving, fluid environment. Team player with good verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and ability to work well with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, corporate office associates and vendors. Must be able to effectively communicate, comprehend, speak, and read in English. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to lift/exert 50 lbs. of force. Must be available occasionally for emergency calls on nights and weekends when needed. Ability to evaluate and fulfill community common area and amenity needs, attention to detail and dedication to maintain the community. Able to use phone apps to track work orders/hours.

Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities:

Building Standards: o To provide assistance by performing general maintenance duties in Various buildings in Washington area.

o Handles "on call" duties whenever needed.

o Responsible for unsupervised, timely completion of work order requests in accordance with predefined company and property standards.

o Participates in preventive maintenance programs and ongoing maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems of the property, to preserve and maintain the asset.

o Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

o Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing tasks.

o Be courteous and pleasant to corporate staff ensuring 5-star service.
