Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that plant production equipment operates safely and efficiently. This role involves minimizing downtime by utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills across electrical, automation, mechanical, and operational problems on various equipment. Responsibilities also include managing personnel and equipment, and performing building maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing and HVAC, before outsourcing.

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Kent, Washington.
Shift
Day or Swing with ability to work any day of the week with at least 2 days off
Overtime when needed
Work Environment
The work environment is a very cold and wet food production setting, with temperatures around 34 degrees and water on the ground. Some areas may vary from steamy to freezing. The role requires wearing full General Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including coats, hair nets, gloves, shoe covers, and non-slip shoes. Candidates must be comfortable working in a bustling, very busy environment with many people around.
