CU Answers CNS Inside Sales Administrator in Kentwood, Michigan

POSITION SUMMARY

The CNS Inside Sales Administrator is responsible for back-office sales administration work in support of CNS sales staff efforts and time-bound renewals necessary for maintenance of client systems and networks. This administration team member will create related sales proposals, accurately track opportunities and service renewals, and track and maintain service and support contracts for clients.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead role in tracking all renewals including software subscriptions, warranties, and time-bound items like SSL certificates.

Work with vendors and suppliers and internal Procurement team to secure updated pricing. Generate proposals for renewals as necessary.

Generate client proposals for products and services sold by Network Services

Generate customized Complete Care proposals at the direction of sales and engineering.

Generate and maintain current contracts for all clients. Maintain an annual renewals calendar and ensure all clients receive updated contracts on time as directed by management.

Maintain proposal templates in ConnectWise

Engage with clients in follow up activities to ensure proposals are returned prior to expiration. Field questions and route as necessary to qualified team members.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate or equivalent is required.

Experience working in an administrative or sales administrative role.

Comfortable interacting with clients

Ability to learn and represent CNS products and services to prospects

Advanced experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.

Experience with ConnectWise or similar Managed Service/CRM software.

Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
