Nintendo's Publisher and Developer Relations team is responsible for 3rd party content acquisition, account, and portfolio management within North America, with a mission focus on advocacy, ambassadorship, and amplification of quality licensed content for Nintendo platforms. The ideal candidate will have the ability to monitor operational workflow, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and analyze and resolve publisher account issues. You will display strong critical thinking skills to support continuous process improvements which help optimize systems and processes. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Works with project team to update and optimize the content management systems.
  • Develops and delivers timely scheduled content that coincides with the company-wide marketing activities.
  • Works cross-functionally with partner teams to ensure timely release of titles, patches, and download codes.
  • Analyzes and establishes work processes and priorities.
  • Leads the planning, implementation and development efforts of projects.
  • Drives continuous process improvement to optimize systems and increase productivity.
  • Identifies and leads process improvement recommendations.
  • Supports initiatives such as Nintendo News, download codes, and price promotions.
  • Analyzes and resolves digital distribution issues.
  • Leads operational contact for internal departments.
  • Proofreads copy, confirms specifications and registers digital content.
