This is a second shift area manager position to drive team excellence for a janitorial and maintenance company located in Knoxville. Responsibilities
Responsible for personnel transactions including hiring, training, supervising and promotions or dismissals when necessary
Team will perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, area manager is responsible for covering for any employee shortages or call outs
Manage and schedule team for various facilities
Perform quality visits and walk through activities to ensure customer satisfaction
The essential functions of this role include:
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 10 hours at one time
