JOB SUMMARY, ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Review and analyse daily system errors and find solutions for each within a timely manner and agreed SLA.

•Master Data support and modification

•Collaborate & and understand with internal BUs and contracts admin to deliver effective mobilisation and demobilisation per company policy.

•Being the point of contact for Level 1 BAU support and managing simPRO issues

•Create documentation for the proposed solutions.

•Manage and conduct the system reconciliation between simPRO, MyBuy and MyFinance based on the agreed script.

•Conduct impact analysis, assess change and impact on current system configuration and suggest improvement where possible.

•Assist the local D&T and Finance team in integrating change management activities and future project plans.

•Support and engage the business and customer support team with their system needs and requirements.

•Provide input, document requirements, and support the system and future development projects.

•Liaise and coordinate with internal and external D&T experts and vendors.

•Manage the daily system Errors and Service Now requests based on the agreed SLA.

•The role will be mainly focusing on ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) region.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 4+ years of experience, and must have prior application support experience along with Incident and Change management system.

  • CMMS system knowledge will be an added advantage.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

  • ITIL

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations of significance to the operation.
