Position Overview:

This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting the overall financial health of our hotel. The Finance Executive will manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice processing to payment disbursement, , month-end closing, and collaborating receiving matters with various departments and ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.

• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and transactions.

• Manage ad hoc and monthly payment cycle and ensure timely disbursement.

• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AP transactions.

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, GAAP, and governmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Adaptability to a high-paced and dynamic operational environment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent computer literacy (MS Office).

• Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Efficient multitasking abilities and a systematic approach to work.
