Description:
Holds a qualification in Kitchen production and Management or equivalent which specialises in Pastry
Well developed kitchen management, menu planning skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
Computer Skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mail, and Receipe Maintenance system.
Minimum two to four years work experience as Assistant Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in a large hotel.
Preferable prerequisite is experience with luxury international brand.
