The Manager will accomplish this by leading the La Crosse County vision and strategy across all phases and domains of the HRS to ensure a unified, integrated, and effective approach. This will require ongoing coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging best-in-class practices, tools, and frameworks to achieve and sustain desired outcomes. Minimum 5 years\' experience and demonstrated competency in using vision and strategy to lead and oversee the implementation of a new program within the organization and across stakeholder groups to achieve integration into operations.
