Job Description
- Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility includes performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs on bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines. The role involves troubleshooting and fixing issues by understanding PLC inputs/outputs, rebuilding gear boxes and motors, and adjusting machine sensors. Additionally, the technician will perform fabrication tasks, predominantly welding stainless steel materials, to create necessary components like machine covers or catches.
