· Shift/Hours: 8-5pm Mon-Friday
Requirements
· 3-5 years related experience as a HR Generalist or HR Manager.
· HR Manager will be providing onsite support in the Distribution Center for General Manager and all DC team members.
· Experience supporting front-line employees preferred.
Job description
· Leading the Human Resources function for our Distribution Center.
· This HRM will be establishing solid business partnerships and driving functional excellence.
· Developing, implementing and validating Human Resources programs, policies and initiatives aligned with short and long-term business plans.
· Fostering a culture in the organization that promotes employee involvement and engagement and a passion for customer excellence.

Pay Details: $48.00 per hour
