Robert Half Staff Accountant in Ladera Ranch, California
Description We are in search of a meticulous Staff Accountant to join our team located in Ladera Ranch, California. This role focuses on the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including tasks such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger management.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations
• Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and record journal entries as needed
• Perform month-end close procedures
• Utilize various software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in the completion of duties. Requirements • Applicant must possess a strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations is required
• Experience with General Ledger management is necessary
• Familiarity with Journal Entries is essential
• Ability to handle Month End Close tasks is crucial
• Knowledge of NetSuite software is expected
• Experience with Oracle software is preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is desirable
• Familiarity with SAP software is an added advantage
• Role requires a Staff Accountant with relevant experience in the field
