Job Description
This position involves activities of the operation, execution on systems and/or processes that are routine. May require specialised training, but does not rea sophisticatedvanced level of independent work, judgment and/or decision making.
Representative who performs basic analytical work in the area of accounting, finance and customer service. Applies knowledge to synthesize information and draw conclusions to requirements as requested.
Job Responsibilities:
Closely enforce to established collections policies and procedures
Handles non-complex past due accounts in accordance with established collection strategies. Documents customer contact regarding late payments. Works as an ally to sales, customer service, tax, order management, invoicing, master data.
Optimally negotiate payment arrangements with customers
Challenge to achieve and exceed monthly collection targets
Work together with members of our team to address and find solutions for customer concerns and disagreements.
Maintains engagement and communication via phone, email, chat or any other means with internal and external customers involved in the processes.
Job Requirements:
Validated experience in collections within the finance or insurance industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance and/or customer service.
B2+ level of English. Proficient in English written and spoken.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience in at least one ERP (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards and/or Mainframe).
