We are in search of a Retail Team Member Part Time to join our Timber team at our Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. *evening and weekend hours available Tucked within historic Lake Geneva, Timber Ridge Lodge at Grand Geneva Resort is the only all-season, all-suite, destination of its kind in the Midwest. Create memories for families and deliver excellent guest experience which is our highest priority. What will you be doing? * Operate POS terminal system * Facilitate daily cashiering functions * Ensure all retail outlets are kept clean, orderly with creative and attractive displays. * Answer guest questions about the resort and the region * Hand dip ice cream, prepare ice cream floats, sundaes and shakes. * Perform other duties as requested such as fill in shelves so it is full and other duties directed by retail team. What do you bring to the role? * Minimum high school diploma preferred * Previous cash handling experience preferred * Previous POS experience preferred * Must be service orientated and have the ability to take direction * Take pride in your work by creating positive energy, excitement and fun. * Respect for all other co-workers and guests * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Must be able to work in a fast paced environment * Act ethically and honestly in all business practices and builds professional relationships by building trust * Think clearly and use good judgement in a routine...
