Responsibilities

  • Assist field teams by coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless communication.

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

  • Maintain and update internal notes and records using spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization.

  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing and data entry.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for team members.

  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed.

  • Collect 30 plus delinquent accounts.

  • Review daily portfolios.

  • Oversee and execute buyback processes.

  • Maintain open communication with branch dealer base.
