Responsibilities
Assist field teams by coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless communication.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Maintain and update internal notes and records using spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing and data entry.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for team members.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed.
Collect 30 plus delinquent accounts.
Review daily portfolios.
Oversee and execute buyback processes.
Maintain open communication with branch dealer base.
