Job Title: Water System Operator (Machine Operator)
Shift:
1st: 6am -4pm (M-F) (Most Saturdays)
2nd: 4pm-2am (M-F) (Most Saturdays)
Pay: $20-$25/hr ($16.04+weekly production bonuses)

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Water System Operator with previous machine operating experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring pumps and filter equipment, performing hourly quality checks, adjusting pumps as necessary, and conducting basic preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
Monitor pumps and filter equipment to perform hourly quality checks and adjust pumps if necessary.
Conduct basic preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including greasing, lubricating, and cleaning lines.
Clear water jams by increasing water compressor to flush systems.
Check filters, pumps, and valves of the machine.
Keep the work area clean by sweeping and mopping before and after shifts.
Monitor the centrifuge and filter press machines.
Forklift operation experience is a plus.
Essential Skills
1+ year of machine operating experience, including monitoring machines and performing quality checks.
Ability to read a tape measure and document numbers (basic math, reading, writing skills).
Mechanical experience.
Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined.
Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.
Experience with inspection processes.
Knowledge of chemical and wastewater management.
Forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment
This role involves working in an outdoor environment, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The work schedule includes shifts from 6am to 4pm Monday through Friday and most Saturdays for the day shift, and 4pm to 2am Monday through Friday and most Saturdays for the night shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Annual income averages $60,000 – this includes average overtime, weekly base pay, and weekly production bonuses.
