Responsibility:

• Engage with project leaders to effectively manage budgets, resource tasking, timelines, and risks.

• collaborate with project leaders to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately for multiple technology initiatives.

• Provide key support in facilitating adherence to project processes.

• Develop and review high-quality technical documentation.

• Administer and streamline portfolio processes and workflows.

• Ensure tasks are completed promptly and thoroughly.

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus:

Year End Bonus:

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Finance, or a related discipline

• 1+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a technical, development, or analytics role for a large organization

• 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Office experience

• 1+ years of experience creating Excel Pivot Tables for data analysis.

• 1+ years of experience in creating SharePoint Apps

• 1+ years of experience in creating SharePoint Power Automate Flows for communications, approvals, and operations.

• 1+ years of experience using project management enterprise software (e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench, Microsoft Project)

• 1+ years of experience in creating and analyzing financial reports to track budgets and costs.

• 1+ years of experience in creating and updating Microsoft Access queries, reports, and macros.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience using project management enterprise software (e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench, Microsoft Project)

• 2+ years of experience writing, proofreading, and clarifying technical work in a mid-to-large-sized company.

• 2+ years of experience in creating and analyzing financial reports to track budgets and costs.

• 1+ years of experience in change management
