OneWell LLC Senior Software Developer in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Senior Software Developer: Lead the design and architecture of payroll software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science and mathematical analysis. Work with other IT pros on integrating payroll systems with existing HR, finance, and other enterprise systems. Oversee Jr Developer in developing software solutions; enforce best practices, including regulatory compliance, coding standards, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics. Must have 24 months of experience in the job offered with supervisory responsibilities. Stated experience must include leading software development lifecycle with a focus on financial, payroll, HR, and EHRM systems, as well as experience with SAP for payroll and HR, EHRS software solutions, Java and C#, databases (SQL, NoSQL), data modeling, microservices architecture, API development, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), security best practices, and data privacy compliance.
