What We’re Looking For
Are you an experienced Insurance Advisor looking to earn a good income?
Our Auto Division is seeking a client-focused Insurance Advisor for our Willowbrook branch, centrally located near Willowbrook Shopping Centre. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This role will be supporting one of our Auto Account Managers. Requirements
Level 2 preferred
1-2 years Auto Insurance experience
Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Sales initiative and drive
Exceptional customer service skills
A Day in the Life
Preparing and processing all documentation for ICBC and private auto renewals
Assisting in the office as needed by answering and responding to client requests via email.
Setting and adhering to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan, Private Auto Sales production
Committing to remaining connected to HUB International in the bigger picture and understand the mission, values and goals of HUB.
Interpreting and ensuring that insurer (ICBC, CNS Family, etc.) and BC Insurance Council rules and regulations are followed.
Handling any customer complaints appropriately
Ensuring control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds
Continuing professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
