WILX Media, a Gray Television station located in Lansing, Michigan has an opening for a Sales Assistant to join our team of integrated marketing/advertising professionals. At WILX, we help businesses "find and keep their very best customers" using effective marketing and advertising.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Generate and update sales presentations • Assist sales team in entering orders and make goods in our traffic/billing system as needed • Pulling reports, sending commercial spot times for clients • Create reports as needed for sales • Open reception area and close at the end of the day, this includes locking front window • Answering front door and greeting approved guests. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity • Will assist in handling the setup, ad traffic, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns and products. Such as Sponsorships, Targeted Display, OTT, SEM, YouTube, Social Ads and Media, and Targeted Email • A focus on retention of current advertising clients is key to long-term stability for WILX and our clients • Other duties as assigned by the General Sales Manager
