When disaster strikes, you'll be the first on the scene, providing critical support and selling our trusted restoration and reconstruction services to affected homeowners and businesses. Firefighters and first responders with a passion for serving the community are encouraged to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed Competitive, relentless sales personality wanted Ability to remain composed and thrive in a high-pressure, chaotic environment Availability 24/7 to respond quickly to local emergencies This is a sales position and our Priority Responders promptly respond to fire/water emergencies as they are happening, 24/7/365 Evaluate and assess the situation to find the decision maker and make contact Educate the property owner/decision maker on our restoration & reconstruction services in order to secure the sale Effectively communicate with dispatch and on-call team members to ensure a coordinated response Collaborate with other members of our sales team to ensure consistent communication and marketing efforts Provide support, comfort, and guidance to clients and their families during emergency situations
