About the position:
We’re looking for Assemblers to perform assembly work. You will:
- Operates hand and power tools for mechanical, hydraulic and/or electronic assembly.
- Receives required parts and follows step by step diagrams and/or work instructions in order to assemble and/or reassemble low mix/high volume sub-assembly components.
- Visually inspects own work prior to next operation. Makes adjustments as necessary.
- Perform repetitive bench, board, machine, or line assembly operations to produce wiring harnesses per our customer specifications.
- Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids; willing to train.
- Supports the Company's 5S program in an effort to maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a neat, organized manner.
- May be required to teardown, clean, repair, rebuild, and reassemble previously built assemblies.
- Performs related work as assigned.
About the schedule:
This position is 1st shift and will work approximately 6am – 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, 6am -10am on Fridays. Overtime available based on production requirements.
Part time work available.
About the work environment:
You will be working in a climate-controlled work environment. May be required to lift up to 35 pounds. Workstations may require standing or sitting for long periods of time; may vary throughout your workday.
About you:
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- This is an entry level Assembler position, requiring no work experience. However, at least 3 or more months of manufacturing related work experience is preferred.
About the total compensation package:
Salary - The salary for this position is $16.00/hour.
