Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks. Your primary duties will involve unloading and loading trucks filled with crates of glass windshields. Additionally, you will use RF scanners for picking orders. Prior forklift experience is required, as the majority of your tasks will be performed using forklifts.
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
Unload and load trucks filled with crates of glass windshields.
Use RF scanners for picking orders.
Handle inventory and material management.
Perform shipping and receiving duties.
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
Ensure safe and efficient forklift operation.
Essential Skills
Experience operating sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
Proficiency with RF scanners for picking orders.
Knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift certification would be a plus.

Work Environment
You will be working in a warehouse environment, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. The role involves physical tasks such as loading and unloading heavy crates. Safety gear and appropriate attire are required to ensure a safe working environment. This position may involve shift work and requires adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
