Job Title: Pharmacist - Eye Care Product Transition
Job Description
These pharmacists will be working on a new project to assist in the transition of patients from a discontinued eye care product to a new substitute. This role involves direct communication with physicians, data entry, and prescription processing.
Responsibilities
Call physicians who have prescribed the discontinued eye care product and inform them about the new substitute product.
Explain to physicians that the company will no longer produce the old drug and they need to convert all patients to the new drug.
Convert patient information into the system and update their prescriptions to the new drug.
Reach out to the contracted pharmacy to fill the new eye care prescriptions.

Work Environment
This role is on-site and involves working with phones and computers. The shift is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
