Job Title: Industrial Laborer
Job Description
This is an entry-level industrial laborer position. The ideal candidate must have reference-verified reliability, be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role involves working with a team to move materials, set up presses/drills, operate overhead cranes and forklifts, prepare products from order sheets, and stage shipments for incoming and outbound deliveries.
Responsibilities
Work with team to move materials through the shop and set up presses/drills
Use overhead crane to handle material
Safely operate forklift to handle material
Work from order sheets to prepare product
Stage and set up shipments for incoming and outbound deliveries
Essential Skills
Reference-verified reliability
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with overhead crane
Inventory management
Forklift operation

Work Environment
This is an industrial environment that is not climate controlled, so it will be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The work involves both indoor and outdoor tasks as needed.. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with options for 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM - Midnight.
Job Type & Location
This is a 90 day Contract to Hire position based out of Amridge, PA
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
