Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized programs. Analyze client/user needs and develop software solutions. Develop tools, operational enhancements, and automated solutions that enable self-service configuration changes, speed deployments and improve monitoring in support of business-critical customer facing SaaS applications and environments. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Troubleshoot, monitor and report tools to analyze the root cause of serious and impactful technical issues and build stable and sustainable solutions and improvements. Build data ingestion framework and tools to ingest and validate data from many solutions/partners. Build and scale a data platform that enables reliable, trustworthy, and approachable data. Contribute to software that will deliver, model, curate, data that powers the core. Implement automated tests for continued verification of application functionality. May allow partial telecommuting.

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and three (3) years of progressive experience in the job offered or in a related occupation, must have 3 years of experience in: 1. Full Stack troubleshooting including networking; 2. Operating system such as Debian or CentOS; 3. Apache, HA Proxy, Nginx, or RDBMS; 4. Monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or Nagios; and 5. AWS and Azure technical stack. May allow for partial telecommuting.
